Canadian Seniors coming together for a joyful week at our International Centre.

71 happy participants are enjoying National Seniors’ Week at our International Centre near Orangeville. We started the week with a set out on the deck in the beautiful morning sunshine.

For the first time we have people from BC to Newfoundland participanting and many old friends are making new friends. Under the leadership of Dr. Bruce McFarlane we are learning to challenge our bodies and minds with moving tor-yus and deliciously joyous dan-yus.

It’s always good to come home to the Centre where we are able to take advantage of the lovely weather to enjoy the beautiful, peaceful grounds. Chanting is available in the morning if desired.

As usual, there are many tasks for the week to keep us fed and happy. Much fun is had as we chop and do dishes together.
