NYC Tri-State Awareness Day Picnic

Almost 40 people showed up at Socrates Sculpture Park in Astoria, Queens, for the NYC Tri-state Branch Awareness Day picnic. Capping off a weekend that included demos and introductory classes on Park Avenue as part of NYC’s Summer Streets program, the branch’s annual meeting, and a local intensive, the potluck picnic in the park was a wonderful way to share with members and the general public the health benefits and conviviality of Taoist Tai Chi.
