Fung Loy Kok Taoist Tai Chi™ not just for the elderly
Taoist Tai Chi™ for our Youths
Recently the Toronto Branch was contacted by a young reporter wanting to do a piece on tai chi and why it is good for all, even our youths. Being youthful herself and also precising a form of tai chi she wanted to use her experience for a TV show shown regularly on seen on local Cable TV in the York Region. However she needed a resource in order to satisfy her basic need of showing young people actively studying tai chi so she turned to us. The link in this story connects you to the results of her work. It was done on a Wednesday afternoon at the Toronto Center and the group completed 5 sets in a row while the taping and interviews were taking place. Lots of smiling faces! Hope you all enjoy this clip as much as we enjoyed being a part of it.
