Orangeville Events: Consider Volunteering for Taoist Training Weekends

Landscaping and gardening are just two of the activities volunteers in Orangeville will be able to help with.

The International Taoist Tai Chi Center in Orangeville, Ontario, is looking for volunteers to help ready the Center for the many members that we are expecting from around the world who are coming to help us celebrate the 40th Anniversary. Volunteers are needed to help with landscaping, general maintenance, organizing and other outdoor tasks in preparation for the event. Three volunteer weekends have been scheduled:

May 8th – 9th, 2010

May 29th – 30th, 2010

June 5th – 6th, 2010

This is an opportunity to experience and enjoy a weekend at the Center, and to meet new people in a friendly atmosphere. Any amount of time you can spare will be greatly appreciated.

To participate, please complete and return the sign up sheet. Also, please post the flyer in your local branch. You never know who might be in the neighborhood!

The blog is great – From what I have learned – Master Moy wanted to establish a community wherever Taoist Tai Chi was learned. Now we have the potential for a global community. Why not tell everyone about this blog – in Chicago – no one has mentioned it. Good luck.

I want to come back, I want to be a volunteer again…
