After the Parade, A Demonstration

Following the parade around downtown Toronto, more than 1,000 Society members gathered to do set after set in the open air. Bagpipes and drums accompanied the movements to start, and then the calm, quiet of silent meditation took over. Though it felt great to spread awareness of Taoist Tai Chi(tm) internal arts, the sense of moving in unison was amazing. As Sean Dennison told the group earlier in the week, “I looks nice to watch, but it feels better to do.”

All good practice for Saturday at 10 am EDT when thousands around the world will join in.
