Almost 400 Participants at Orangeville Seniors Day

On April 7, 2011, some 380 seniors filled the Quiet Cultivation Centre Practice Hall at our International Centre in Orangeville. Many members were visiting the Centre for the first time and several were just out of the beginner class. The physical health benefits of tai chi to seniors is well researched and documented. Add in the social benefits and sheer fun of a day together in Orangeville and we don’t even have to say that a wonderful time was had by all.

How wonderful to see more and more people discovering the physical, emotional and intellectual benefits of Taoist Tai Chi. It looks like spring has arrived in Orangeville, and I am a bit envious.
