    Kudos!
    I have been doing Tai Chi for over 10 years. Of all the meds and treatments I’ve tried for FMS and RA Tai Chi has had the best results and no side effects. What’s not to like!!!

  2. TTC is the best medicine. It helps me to stay pain free from chronic fatigue issues like fibromyalgia, myalgia & arthralgia.As Johana says there are no bad side effects from TTC practice and I have no need for pain meds that are so hard on the body/mind.

    I too have CFS/ME with PN and fibromyalgia and can say that I do not need medication as taiost tai chi has helped in my recovery.I am hoping to make a 100% recovery but it may take some time but I will keep doing the tai chi as I feel absolutely great during and especially afterwards.I sleep very well on the nights I go to class with no pain.

  4. I find these accounts very……. Moving….. to say the least…..Moving……in bringing feelings of empathy and more to the fore……..But more a ….Moving…….of a wake up and smell the nammo bars…..a deeper sense of what it is we are doing……or at least being reminded of……. What we are doing…… and further……. Why we are doing it……these reminders are …..Inspirational……yes with a capital…..I……..and many more things to boot….and talking of Boots…….they really are…….timely boots…..in the appropriate spot …..that Move…..others in the group…..myself included……..and i am left with a humility within……Also to say…..Thank-you. All……. for your postings…… which Teach……Show…..Instruct us all…….
